Interview
The process looks really redundant. 5 interview rounds overall (facebook has only 3 rounds for example). 20min HR screening, 1h call with VP of Engineering, 1.5h call with 2 engineers - technical round, 1.5h call with 2 engineers - system design round, 1h call with a product manager - they assess your "thinking" skills (whatever it means). Then they ignore your emails for approx 1-2 weeks. And finally they reject you and provide no meaningful feedback at all.

Interview
it was casual and very accommodating. The interview was with there Engineering manager and they are very genuine on getting to know you both professionally and personally. The interview was on a Skype Call and took us around an hour.
