I got a very terrible experience with the company interview. I did all the interviews. I got the offer from them stating the salary and benefits and was given 5 days of time to respond. The salary negotiation was happening for 2 days. (2 days were weekends) and on Monday I had a call with the recruiter and I accepted their offer. Now after 2-3 hours, they sent an email saying we are not proceeding with you. What is the hack in the world this is? Rejection is fine but after sending an offer you reject a candidate. I have already resigned from my current organization. 1. Recruiter 2. Take home assessment (web socket) 3. Technical interview based on round 2 4. Product interview with EM 5. Offer This is the worst experience ever.
