Caution - negative review ahead!
I had read about it before sitting for rounds of interviews but didn't believe the negative reviews on social media. However, only after experiencing the interview processes myself, I understood the fraud which is happening at Traxcn.
I went through three rounds of interviews and all were fully focused on solving case studies. At some point, I started doubting the interview rounds as hiring managers/interviewers never asked me any general HR questions or anything related to my past experience.
After three-four hours of solving the case studies, I got a simple email from HR stating that I was not selected. It was at this point, I understood how these guys operate.
They ask you to solve case studies which I believe are actual company problems. They are least interested in knowing you and just want someone to solve their problems for free.
I asked for feedback after receiving the rejection email as in my opinion, I had solved all case studies pretty well. However, as expected, I got a reply from HR saying that they don't provide any feedbacks.
I would recommend all candidates to stay away from this fraud recruitment process and save themselves from wasting a couple of hours solving case studies and brainstorming on stuff that is only helping the company.
Normally, I don't write negative feedbacks but felt cheated on this one.
