I applied online to a 2-month old post. Heard back from them within a month. First interview with HR, then a two week wait for the meeting with the Hiring Manager followed by 4-weeks of silence. I was concerned enough about their Glassdoor rating (the worst I've seen] and low-pay for the position that I never followed up with them. Reviews can be taken with a grain of salt - except that in this case, I was able to find signs of poor company health and toxicity through my own research. Definitely proceed with caution and only if a paycheck is more important than a healthy work environment, which sometimes it is.
