Two sets of interviews. One done on the floor and the other in the back with the Store director. The interview is really a group interview on national hiring day
Interviewed over the phone and on-site. Was asked routine questions. Was asked about availability. Was for seasonal employment over Christmas. I would be tasked with filling gaps at the store.
