I got a email to pick a time for my phone interview and then she called me at the time I picked. Then she emailed me more times to come for the test. I cam to the test and did the other paperwork and the application paperwork. Then two properties called me to come meet them and one of them hired me on.

Question 1
The test has questions about all the maintenance stuff like heating and plumbing and electric.
Friendly timely call. Didn’t feel like normal interview felt more like a conversation. Didn’t ask questions like “tell me a time you overcame a struggle at work” type questions it felt more of a conversation you would have with a friend describing your career and things you are good at

Interview
Very friendly, and non intimidating atmosphere. Interviewer made me feel like part of the team during interview. The person holding the interview answered a lot of questions I had about benefits and the position description. I was very pleased to see how knowledgeable the person was about the possition. The atmosphere they hold the interview in is very welcoming, I would like to interview at more places like this, but I'm hoping I won't have to.
