Interview
Group interview. Start off with a quick slideshow presentation about the background of the company. Then move on to the group interview with different account managers from different properties. They ask you to leave when done and come out after a few minutes of deliberation and offer you the job on the spot or tell you that there's no space for you in the company.

Easy, asked if I can drive manual and if I had any experience. Had to go to one of their hotels and was allowed to valet my car for the full experience.

Interview process was not difficult. They ask you questions just to see what type of person you are and if you have experience. They value integrity to good morals since you are always talking to guest and driving their vehicles.

Applied online. Got a call from the account manager asking to come in for an interview. Met at the property. Told him about myself, then he gave me his story and the company story. A few basic behavioral questions and that was it.
