Very laid back environment not alot of questions asked . Asked if i was afraid of heights. If I had certifications for climbing and if I was willing to travel. They told me not to dress up for the interview .

Interview
Mostly focused on the fact that if you would be able to climb towers and if you have height fear. Previous experience in boulder climbing etc. is a plus. Experience in telecommunication is a plus.
