Interview
Met with the owner family. Discussed responsibilities and company dynamic. Discussed typical sales applications and expectations, and normal flow of projects. They were very kind and straight forward. It was a good experience.
Laid back but still professional. Interviewed by the owner, and shown around as well as met coworkers. Skills and expectations were discussed, as well as an accurate portrayal of duties.

Interview
This was the most insulting engineering recruitment I have ever encountered. After submitting my resume, I was emailed by a relative of the owner to complete an online assessment test; which included a timed basic IQ test and a personality test. This wasn't even an entry level position. Engineers should not be treated this way.
