I received a call from the HR person, who was nice. She explained the background of the company and proceeded with a phone interview. After that portion was done, I was invited to attend an interview and testing process. The testing process was basic and similar to other companies I interviewed with. Typing test, Customer service questions...I was interviewed by the President and VP of the company, both very nice.
