People are really nice and they do seem to care about everyone, employees and residents. They first have a 10-15 min screening and ask you questions about you're resume. then if they are interested, have you set up an interview.
The process was smooth and consisted of a quick interview in person. They asked typical questions of a behavioral interview and we took a tour around the facility. The interview lasted 20 minutes.
