Swift interview and in depth training process. Most of the hires are done via recommendation, in fact there's a recommendation reward scheme in place. It revolved slightly around previous experience but nothing to in depth. The interview doubled up as a training process with us being taught how to use the new system and a very well explained lesson on the variety of bets that Totepool uses and how to input them. There was a continued training process throughout and there was usually a supervisor on hand to explain anything which we couldn't understand.
