I applied in September 2018 and received some general questions over email. I had no feedback for 4 months. On the Christmas Eve during the time of the Christmas diner I received a rejection email saying that TOTSA rejected my application and selected a better candidate without any substantiation. This ruined my Christmas . There are certain professional and social norms, TOTSA had 4 months to send me a rejection email. I assume that the selection of the late evening time during the Christmas diner was intentional and aimed at abusing me as a candidate. I have lost definitively any interest in working for Totsa and considering Total as a consumer. Fortunately, I had another job offer at that time not to get depressed. I post this review to say to other candidates to keep strong if they have also received such emails from HR of TOTSA Geneva as 'Christmas gifts'.
