Was contacted for quick phone interview where I had to answer a few questions about my background. Then second phone interview where I was asked more about my experience, skills and asked a couple behavioral questions. At the end, had to do a 5-minute role-play where I had to sell a product or service. Recruiter seemed happy but then told me all the specifics of the jobs: pay is non negotiable, during the 6 months of training you have to work a certain amount of overtime each week as well as 2 Saturdays per month. You have to be reachable 24/7 and are illegible for commission only after 6 months. Sounds to me like you are well taken advantage of...

It was relaxed and very informational. I had a great experience learning about the opportunities at the company and how I can grow over time. My recruiter was very easy to communicate with and I would recommend her to anyone.
