Comfortable setting, nice and welcoming regional manager. Didn’t ask any critical thinking questions, more about what kind of patients you have managed. Manager easy to talk to and can resource you to the appropriate person for questions they did not know.

This was a very non-traditional interview for an advanced practice provider job. A lot of exciting hype upfront and then the car salesman stuff at the end. "We love you man." "We never do this." "Get back to us tomorrow or this deal is off the table." If you are really considering this position, have your attorney review that contract.
