Total Health Chiropractic interview questions

The first interview is actually a group interview. When I showed up there were about 20 other people also there for an interview. They basically give a little speech on the company and what you would be doing and then they give you a couple of minutes to think about one question they are going to ask you, "Why would you be a good fit here?". They lead you out one by one to get your answer and that's it. If they like you they call you back for a second interview.

The interview process is different than anything that I have experienced, but I loved it! The owner spoke to a group of people about the company and the positions that were available. Then we went back individually for a brief interview. It was super easy and very informative! Then I received a call to come back for a more formal interview, that was exactly what anyone would expect as an interview, they asked questions and I asked questions. I then got one more phone call to come back and do a job shadow, I LOVED this! I got to see what a typical day in the position looked like, and I loved what I saw so when I received the offer for the front desk position and I truly wanted the position because I knew exactly what I was getting myself into. I am very happy with my decision!
