It was a lengthy process, I had 6 interviews. It takes forever to move on to the interview and at the end you get ghosted. I emailed HR and never received a reply not even a rejection email. It’s disappointing as I know that the Buddy values don’t align with how I was treated.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy. 7 interviews over a month time frame. From peer GMs to VP of stores and communication from the recruiter in between. They were very clear with next steps and stayed in communication.

The interview was conducted via phone. Followed up within a week was notified I did not get the job the following week. Very nice people working for the company. Good
