Interview was brief and conversational. They focused more on my personal career growth and how my personal ambition can bring success in the boutique. I was also able to highlight on some soft skills I excel on in my previous jobs and how it can be an asset to the team.
Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.
The interview process was intermediate but fair and I ended getting the position after the second interview which I was excited about. I received a call from the hiring manager and was offered the position
