The interview process consisted of two stages. The first was a phone interview (not a video call), which included typical first-round questions and felt quite easy. The second was an in-person panel interview with three people, including the manager. This stage was more challenging and focused heavily on hands-on experience. There were five main questions, each with three or four sub-questions, which were quite detailed and specific—making it difficult to give general answers. I appreciated that they provided the questions on paper 10 minutes before the interview so I could prepare my responses. However, they asked for the paper back afterward.
One point of criticism is that during the first interview, I asked about the interview process, but they did not clearly explain that there would only be two interviews. I found that lack of transparency a bit frustrating. Overall, the interview process was okay, but it could have been more clearly communicated.
