Prior to the project portion of our screening process, candidates receive an email clearly outlining the project details and requirements (both functional and nonfunctional). Some of these details can be interpreted and implemented in multiple ways. This is intentional - it’s representative of what a client might ask for and allows for our team to evaluate how applicants manage requirements gathering and interpretation. We screen for problem-solving abilities as much as skillset.
