Toptal Full Stack JavaScript Developer interview questions

The interview process at Toptal is really long and exhausting. It took me 4 or 5 long video calls to get into Toptal. Interview included solving some algorithmic puzzles (absolutely useless in real life). In the end I was asked to develop a project which I roughly estimated to 30-40 hours of work. Whole process was quite easy but it was annoying and exhausting. Moreover, it didn't really include any technical interview! Nobody asked me any technical questions apart from discussing the project I did.
