Topgolf had a three-hour interview before COVID happened, I'm not sure if this process is still the same. It consisted of a dance party, speed round interview with three managers and playing golf with fellow associates and interviewees.

I don't remember specific questions they asked, but I know they base a lot of their hires solely on personality and will place you in a position that fits your personality even if that's not the one you were technically applying for.
