Was called for a interview, set up a time. Interview was easy and very calm. Interviewer was very nice and positive.
Overall TopGolf Looks for personality within the individuals/ interviewees. They strive to have good, willing and energetic people within the organization to bring on their team.
We were asked to participate in a hiring event where we would have a fun time with games and music but they would still ask us general questions in between the whole event.

Interview
Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.

Interview
Over 50 people group interview. They put you in groups and ask easy personality questions to the room. They judge you on if they like you not your experience. Expect to be there for over 3 hrs.
