It was a really unique interview group interview process. It was highly engaging and the group was split up into smaller groups, and managers worked with us on various tasks to complete to assess our leadership and team building skills.

What is an awesome experience you had where you made someone feel special in the workplace?
We were asked to participate in a hiring event where we would have a fun time with games and music but they would still ask us general questions in between the whole event.

Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.

Interview
Over 50 people group interview. They put you in groups and ask easy personality questions to the room. They judge you on if they like you not your experience. Expect to be there for over 3 hrs.
