Interview
They want you to dance in a group setting and just be yourself. Then once they see if you’re comfortable around others (if you’re not then this is not the place for you) they do somewhat of a group interview and break you up into teams to see how well you work together on a mini project (EX: create the perfect cruise line with an unlimited budget). After they’ve weeded some people out then they actually sit down and ask you 3 random questions. Mine were along the lines of; why should we hire you?, what’s your favorite hobby?, what past experience do you have? Which all were fairly simple questions with simple answers. After that they let you go and I received a call later that night saying I got the job!
At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
