Unusual, had us dance and play games to determine our willingness to participate and work as a team. Interview process was 60 seconds of quick, random questions. Not your typical interview.
We were asked to participate in a hiring event where we would have a fun time with games and music but they would still ask us general questions in between the whole event.

Called a "Mish bish" very different than any other interview. Much like a speed dating of interviews. While waiting you are paired in groups and asked random questions and play games. The team observes your answers and attitude throughout.

Over 50 people group interview. They put you in groups and ask easy personality questions to the room. They judge you on if they like you not your experience. Expect to be there for over 3 hrs.
