The first part of the process consisted of breaking into groups to plan an event together. After that everyone goes out to play in the bays and interact with everyone. During this employees are looking to see how you interact and how your personality is. The actual interviewing process is like a round of speed dating. They honesty just want to figure out your personality.
First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!

This is a unique interview process which lasted about an hour. They threw around a questions ball and then took you to meet with these people in the bar dinning area to test your serving skills.
