Super casual, basically a dance party with games and stuff. We split into teams where we had to come up with an event for TopGolf and vote for the most creative one. My team and another team tied, so we had a dance-off. Then we went to another room where we played games and people were pulled three at a time to another room to do three 90-second interviews. They ask you to tell a joke or dance or something, then they ask you about yourself and your work history and what position you would like at TopGolf etc. And then when that was over we went into another room where we got to ask them questions about the job. In the end, I had so much fun I wouldn't have even been mad if they didn't hire me. Don't bother bringing your resume, wear jeans and comfortable clothes! They really want you to break out of your shell, so don't be shy. They like people with fun personalities.

Interview process consisted of icebreakers, with a short personality interview and scheduling interview. Anyone who needed experience for their job was set aside at the end for additional questioning, no proper resume needed.
