This was one of my initial interviews during my job search, and I was understandably nervous. Despite ample preparation, I found myself not performing as well as I had hoped, a realization that was rather unsettling and led to a spiraling effect on my performance. It was clear to the interviewers that things weren't going as planned. However, I was taken aback when one of them outwardly expressed their frustration. This further dented my morale and left a lasting impression of the interviewers' lack of empathy. The fact that the other interviewers neither intervened nor, to my knowledge, reported this behavior later raises concerns about the company's culture. Based on my experience, it appears that the organization may not value empathy and courage as important traits. As a result, I would advise potential candidates to consider this before applying.
