The phone interview with Kelly Zhu was great. She was courteous and on-time. She explained the role very well, the company, the company culture, and the process for the interview. Through out the process, Kelly was always keeping me in the loop and letting me know the next steps.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It went well. Got a meeting with the manager of the team, after they set up a meeting with the rest of the group. Soon after that interview I got a call that I got the position.

Interview
Kelly was the recruiter I worked with and she was wonderful. She made me feel very at ease and comfortable during the interview process and it felt more like talking to a friend rather than being interviewed. 10/10 would interview again!
