I was recommended for the position. The initial telephonic conversation was with an HR chatting about the role and then some questions surrounding my experience, 1 skilled based question, other behavioral question to assess my character, what the company does, and the content of the role. After that, I was given a test to check my technical skills and they asked me to complete it before the second round of interview. I was called at the Singapore office for a face-to-face interview for the second round. I really liked the environment of the office as soon as I entered. I was then introduced to a senior engineer who took my technical interview. These included an interview on data structures and algorithms, and a coding interview in which we revisited the take-home test. After completing the interview, they said they’d contact in me a few days after the evaluation. After 2 weeks, HR called me and said that you are selected. The entire process took a little long, but I can understand that they want to spend a lot of time ensuring they hire the right people so that they can scale and grow and not lose their culture.

I applied for the position of Software Engineer and got the response a bit late, but the HR executive was quite diligent about the entire process. The overall process was relatively smooth. The interviewer did not just ask mundane questions but was also interested in my personal growth aspirations as an individual.
