A relatively normal process until the end, then it got kinda weird. 1. HR interview from the Head of Development. 2. Technical interview with two engineers. 3. Culture interview with someone from HR. 4. Psychoanalysis and logic online test. 5. Ghosted after saying "we'll get back to you very soon!", despite follow up emails. Absolute time wasters, I do not recommend applying here. Be straightforward and reject people instead of stringing them along for weeks.
