I filled out an online application and with in 30 minutes received a phone call from the District Manager. I set up in an store interview which lasted about 30-45 minutes. I was told the ASM was going to call me for a follow up phone interview and later that evening, recieved a phone call from the ASM. The next day the DM called and made me an offer, which I accepted. My process was a little different because my store at the time did not have a Store manager.

1st interview with SM - Basic knowledge of Retail basic operations as part of management. 2nd interview with GM - In depth knowledge of structure of business and previous experience with full teams. 3rd interview with RM Review of all knowledge and overall understanding.
