First is gd round then written exam basic question will going to ask and then hr round they will check the grammer and communication then operation round they will ask about basic question and then skype round the client from amsterdam he will going to check your way of handling the call.

Interview
First round is Written exam, followed by group discussion after which PI will be held and then final wound of HR. The HR had assured the selection and had asked to submit the documents after receiving the email, he discussed the salary and also explained me the leave system... and then I received no reply.
