Interview
The interview process consists of 3 panels: 1. Live coding 2. Technical Interview 3. Interview with the Head of the Department The first and the second panels are being done on the same day while the third panel is being held a week after the first and the second panel. A week after passing the third panel, comes the offering letter

The live coding consists of easy level leetcode problems In the technical you are asked about the concepts of the backend (databases, OOP, testing, etc) In the last panel, you are asked about what you do when faced with a team problem

The interview process alone took only 2 weeks, and it was overall a great learning experience. There were 4 stages:
1. HR Interview
2. 1st User Interview
3. 2nd User Interview
4. Final Interview (Culture fit)

Very fast-paced, many interview panels, casual atmosphere, interested in your (applicant) past experience and projects, encourage you to ask for every interview, and will give you hints if you ask (don't afraid to ask!).
