The atmosphere was very nice so I could speak without worrying. First, I was asked common interview questions, such as my weak points and strong points, then asked some questions related to the job.

Interview
The interview was on Sunday afternoon and lasts for 1h15min. I presented my research and aspiration for the position during 30min then made a mock lecture for 20min, on a small whiteboord.
Followed various questions, to which I responded honestly.
I got a positive response 1h after the interview by email.

Question 1
Mock lecture, topic was half imposed. Questons about the choice I made during the lecture, somehow to test me, but not very difficult.
The job is more teaching oriented so they didn't ask too much questions about the research but on education.
Prior experience in teaching at Japanese universities and some ability to converse in Japanese were definitely a plus.
