The process was way too intense. Quality candidates looking for a new position usually have a current full-time position and Toast seems to think adding several homework assignments and projects to the interview process is a good idea. They do follow through and ask in-depth questions about your studying and require you to present to them more....than once. I completely understand a company looking for quality people, however, the requirements for this interview is pretty disrespectful to the candidates time. Very kind recruiters but from my experience, pompous sales managers. After being moved to the third interview I thought about their interview process and how it was likely a strong precursor to how they operate and manage, so I decided it wasn't the environment for me. I did not proceed further. Could be a great company to work for... I dont know.... However, I think they are doing themselves a huge disservice with their interview process and from what I learned, it doesn't appear that they are very open to autonomy in their sales processes, but more like "this is how we do things around here" mentality.
