Someone within the company referred me, and about a week later, Will Reardon from HR reached out to me for a phone interview. We set something up, and he emailed me with a confirmation. Day and time of the phone interview rolled around and I waited, but no call. I ended up emailing Will to see if he was still free and he said "Sorry I got caught up today". Not very professional but I brushed it off and asked to reschedule. He asked for my availability again which I shared, and then I never heard from him again. I followed up again and still nothing. Extremely disappointing, especially when I was referred.

Interview
Very laid back interview, with three total. all online or over the phone. Nothing super intense, just basic questions about skills/general interest in the position. Was told to look into the STAR interview method!

Tell us an experience that challenged you while in customer service?
Very smooth interview process and enough time given to the employee to serve their notice in previous organisation and have some break in between unlike other companies who always look for immediate joiners
Straight forward process. I was contacted by recruiter. I had two rounds of interviews and was denied after the second round. The process took about 1 month to get a response
