Rushed, rude, dismissive. Didn’t engage with me at all. Found them to be standoffish from the initial greeting and like they had somewhere else to be. They rushed through my answers and kept saying yeah, yeah, as I spoke.

Interview
Very laid back interview, with three total. all online or over the phone. Nothing super intense, just basic questions about skills/general interest in the position. Was told to look into the STAR interview method!

Very smooth interview process and enough time given to the employee to serve their notice in previous organisation and have some break in between unlike other companies who always look for immediate joiners
