First there was a screeening call with the office manager. After that I had an in-person meeting with direct manager and other team members. Office was received after that. I had a very warm and positive experience.

I had an introductory zoom interview which I thought went well overall. At the end, I was told she would be in touch with the next steps at the end of the week after speaking with the hiring manager. After sending a thank you email and receiving no response at the end of the week, I proceeded to send another follow up email for any kind of update and still did not receive a response. I understand things happen but as the director of people, I would expect a reply - no matter negative or positive. Seems like bad form to me and for a company who prides themselves on a great culture, I am not so sure. Disappointing to say the least.
