Interview was straight and to the point, the GM didn’t sugar coat anything. Very competitive and fun place to work! People were very friendly and willing to answer any question I had.

Asked some questions about experience. When he realized I had been a previous GM, he became very defensive.

Interview
The first interview was with the GM of the sales center. The second was with the Sr. VP of sales. Both interviews encouraged open discussion which allows the candidate to interview the company as much as it interviews the candidate. Be sure to bring a copy of your resume even if you provided a copy prior to your interview.
