Recruiter interview, Interview with hiring manager, Mock disco with two managers, Leadership interview with director or vp is last step. Overall, the interview process was fairly simple with Tipalti. Managers and recruiters were actively trying to work me through the process as fast as possible.

What type of sales style do you have? What motivates you?
30 minutes that mostly detailed the role and expectations, territory and comfort carrying a quota. Very few questions about myself and more about Tipalti. The challenge for me was that the role was for the US market. Not a fan of travel to the US.

Interview
Starts with a standard recruiter call, then 30 mins with the hiring manager, followed by mock demo, and two interviews with senior leadership. Hiring manager call is pretty relaxed, and they go over what they’re looking for in an AE.
HR > Sales Manager > Mock Sales > VP - it is a standard sales process. Managers are open to answering questions and sharing information needed for you to properly prep for the interview.
