Interview
You meet with multiple Sales Development Representative Managers individually before being offered a meeting with the Director of Sales Development. All of these meetings and interviews are completed via 30 minute zoom calls. An outside recruiter is incorporated as well.

The interview process included three rounds: First, a phone screener with the recruiter. Second, a Zoom panel interview with two managers. Third, a cold call and email exercise conducted in person.
