Interview process is very professional. HR is very co-operative and friendly,
Basically there are 3 interview rounds in company selection process..
1. Assignment
2. Technichal
3. Personal
But I have gone thorugh 5 rounds in total due to senior position. 1 assignment, 2 technichal, 2 personal rounds.
Based on my experience, interviewers are very technical, founders and co-founders also seems very friendly and visionary,
After spending 5 hours on telephonic and 1 day on assignment, at the end.. surprisingly they didn't even update me the reason on not being selected. At least one deserves to know the reason behind not being selected. Even HR is not picking up the call now.
Very disappoointed by the post interview experience.
