Timecloud interview questions

Their job description doesn't say it but they expect you to be in the office 8-5 every day. The reason they say is because of company growth or whatever blah blah. It just sounds like terrible management to be honest (after reading the employee reviews, this confirms it). Office is in the middle of nowhere Orewa. They wanna hire a senior tech person who's willing to come in every day? I told them "good luck with your search".
