Time Doctor interview questions

The interview process involved 4 interviews, first one was with the head of hr/people, The 2nd one with both the Frontend and Backend Principal Engineers about basic and foundational frontend and backend knowledge and skills and some scenario-based questions. 3rd one was a live coding and review session for a small full stack application, 4th was a formal interview with the Director of Engineering.

The interview process was excellent. From the very first interaction, the recruiter clearly aligned expectations around the role, the hiring process, and compensation. Everyone involved throughout the process was friendly, supportive, and highly professional.
