Interview
The interview process involved 4 interviews, first one was with the head of hr/people,
The 2nd one with both the Frontend and Backend Principal Engineers about basic and foundational frontend and backend knowledge and skills and some scenario-based questions.
3rd one was a live coding and review session for a small full stack application,
4th was a formal interview with the Director of Engineering.
