I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Tillster in May 2015
Interview
1] Applied online.
10 days after got a call from HR for phone screening.
HR rescheduled my call next day with no clue to interviewer that call time has changed.
2] After all confusion and misunderstanding, I finally got a call from interviewer
Basic Java Questions (All easy)
I rocked all that and was scheduled for onsite interview next week.
3] I went for on-site and no one's informed.
Again they arranged someone on the spot to conduct 3 interviews - 2 technical, 1 HR.
All interviews went quite well.
4] After asking them several times and after more than 1 month, they call me again for on-site interview (repetition of step 3)
3 interviews again - 2 technical, 1 HR
1st interviewer was well prepared, asked questions which made sense, went well.
2nd interviewer - totally unprepared, doesn't know what exactly he is looking for, with extra attitude.
Asked some random questions.
3rd interviewer - HR (nothing special)
5] After waiting for 10 more days, I contact them and got to know they selected someone else who had more experience.
No direction, no preparation, they don't know what do they want from candidates, totally unorganized, even forgot I was interviewed 2 times.
one phone interview and another onsite with two Engineers and Manager. HR brief description of the company. Interview process was fast and got an offer with in one week after the onsite interview was done.

Interview
Online assessment. I was thinking give up the assessment but finally I tried it. Didn't finish it and left after half an hour. I shouldn't waste time on it. They are looking for new grades with senior experience.

Interview
There was a phone interview with HR, then a technical phone screening with the hiring manager. The final interview was in person. was scheduled to meet with 3 people, but ended up meeting 4, individually. I met with HR for 15 minutes, the hiring manager for 30 minutes, and two people I would be working along side with between 30 minutes to an hour each. Everyone was super nice.
