After submitting my application, I was promptly sent an initial HackerRank assessment, which focused on coding challenges designed to evaluate my problem-solving and technical abilities. The assessment included a mix of algorithmic problems that required strong knowledge of data structures such as arrays, linked lists, and trees. It also involved questions aimed at testing time and space complexity optimization.

Went through two out of three interviews with TikTok, in both they asked basic concurrency, networking and language specific questions as I was going for a C++ role.
They also asked Leetcode Medium questions in both interviews.
Really poor organisation from the HR team, with the main online interview being performed in their car with no camera. Maybe this was an outlier from others but still hurt my experience

A technical interview with a medium level Leetcode question regarding string manipulation. The interviewer is from the Singapore office. It first started by asking about experience in great detail. The interview lasts for 1 hour exactly.
