Interview
The interview process was smooth. The recruiter was respectful and shared all the info. We even discussed salary.
However, after the interview, I got ghosted. Potentially because the interview happened just before the announcement that TikTok may be banned in the US.
Long interview process that goes through many people so would recommend as a backup option while you still are currently working. It Will go through different levels of approval too

Very disorganized. The TikTok recruiter would send me an email about scheduling the interview and then forget to follow up with the date and I had to remind her twice. She said she kept forgetting to email me... weird.
