I applied in-person. I interviewed at TikTok (Warsaw, Masovia) in Oct 2020
Interview
Unprofessional beyond any norm. I was interviewed for Tik Tok's office in Warsaw. I found out the hiring manager already had a preferred candidate choice, somebody from its previous work place. Just needed 2-3 more candidates involved in the interviewing process to validate the already made decision. I was asked absolutely no questions during the interview, it was all a monologue delivered by the hiring manager, not even a dissimulated curiosity for my work experience. Unprofessional to the max
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TikTok
Interview
The process was well-organized, and the communication was timely and professional. They asked insightful questions that encouraged the candidate to provide detailed responses. A slight adjustment to the timing of the interview segments could allow for more discussion on technical skills.

Question 1
Evaluate the different clients needs base on the provided data and provide a sufficient reasoning for your decision.
Phone screening was straightforward. HR person that called me was not very experienced and spoke with a heavy accent, needed more training and knowledge on the position. Will not consider this company.
